1. Domestic Sri Lanka Shipping
Orders within Sri Lanka are dispatched via premium express courier service. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. The delivery charge is LKR 400 per order.
2. India Shipping
Delivery across India takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. The delivery charge is INR 50 to INR 100, depending on the destination and parcel size.
3. Oman & GCC Shipping
We provide personal ordering support and direct dispatch for clients across Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Oman delivery is charged at up to OMR 5. Delivery charges for other GCC destinations are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
4. Custom Order Fulfillment Timelines
Bespoke custom blouses, handcrafted bangles and embroidered sarees require an additional 5 to 10 crafting days before dispatch. You will receive live photo and video updates on WhatsApp prior to shipping.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number and link are sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number for real-time tracking.
