1. Dispatch Origin & Estimates
Ready stock dispatches from our Visakhapatnam warehouse. The temporary planning estimate after dispatch is 2–5 business days within India, 2–4 business days to Sri Lanka, 3–5 business days to Oman and the UAE, 3–6 business days to other GCC destinations, and 4–8 business days for other international destinations.
2. Live Courier Estimate
The exact estimate is calculated from the delivery country, city and postcode using DHL's live rating service when available. Courier estimates are indicative and can change after pickup, customs review or a remote-area check.
3. International Shipping
DHL Express Worldwide is available for selected destinations. Import duties, local taxes and customs processing are not included in the temporary transit estimate and may affect the final delivery date.
4. Custom Order Fulfillment Timelines
Bespoke custom blouses, handcrafted bangles and embroidered sarees require an additional 5 to 10 crafting days before dispatch. You will receive live photo and video updates on WhatsApp prior to shipping.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number and link are sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number for real-time tracking.
